Can I combine orders?

Yes. If you placed two separate orders and want them to ship in the same parcel, please message me about it and I will refund you the extra shipping cost otherwise I don't always catch it and go autopilot on fulfillment mode.

Can I add something to an existing order?

Yes. Please contact me before you place a second order so I can send you a free shipping code to avoid being charged for shipping twice.

How long do preorders take to ship?

Typically, items that are on preorder take 2+ months to arrive, process, and fulfill. Every item listing has separate estimated arrival times in the description. If there are delays in production I usually make an announcement on my twitter, instagram story, and now here in my shop!

If your order contains preorder items it will not ship until the preorder items arrive. If you do not wish to wait for those items, then please place separate orders.
