Can I combine orders/add something to an existing order?

If you placed two separate orders and want them to ship in the same parcel, please message me otherwise I don't always catch it. If you don't want to pay shipping twice then please send me a message before placing a 2nd order so I can send you a free shipping code.

How long do preorders take to ship?

Preorder items can take up to 1-3 months to arrive to me; I then quality check and pack/process orders. Each item listing has separate estimated arrival times in the description so please read them. Delays in production are announced on my socials and here on my shop.

If your order contains preorder items it will not ship until the preorder item(s) arrives. If you do not wish to wait for those items, then please place separate orders.

Do you ship to the EU?

For now, I've continued to ship to the EU. If any issues arise due to the new GPSR laws I will stop indefinitely. All duties/fees are the customer's responsibility, I do not collect any of this at checkout.
