As a small business, it's incredibly difficult to afford the production of products out of pocket. Preorder purchases help fund the costs of creating the product and offset waste by letting me know the exact quantity to order.
Please do not profit off of my merchandise. Do not support my shop if that is your intention. While I understand it is impossible for me to prevent this, I do not condone or support scalpers who resell my pins for an insane amount of money. Trading and reselling for the price you bought it for is okay.
My prices are subject to change at any time: If an item just isn't selling as well, it will be discounted to try and clear inventory. This makes more space for restocks and new product. In-person convention prices will always vary from online prices as the transaction fees vary.
Refunds & Returns: Products are non-returnable. Every inquiry is treated on a case-by-case basis. If you have any issues please email me at email@example.com. Refunds are also treated on a case-by-case basis. I will not issue refunds for preorder items or failed deliveries because of incorrectly entered mailing addresses.
Exchanges: Exchanges are treated on a case-by-case basis. There have been a handful of times where I send customers the wrong item or an extra one by mistake, in which case, I pay for the additional labels to correct my mistake. If you have any issues please email me.
Taxes: I am a California based seller, therefore I am responsible for collecting tax from buyers within California and remitting them. Buyers from other states and countries will not be taxed.
Customs Fees: All international orders may be subject to customs fees set by your country's regulations. Please check your country's policy for additional information. These fees are separate from the shipping fee paid during checkout. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any custom fees that may incur.
