EU & UK Customers
All EU & UK orders are subject to duties/fees upon delivery. I do not collect these additional fees at checkout, therefore the buyer is responsible for any and all fees that may incur upon delivery.
Preorders will not be cancelled or refunded for any reason. All sales are final. If you have questions or concerns please send me an email.

This shop is based in California, United States.
Processing time: Orders with in-stock items may take up to 7 business days to ship.
- Please allow up to 3-7 business days for US orders to arrive.
- Please allow up to 2-5 weeks for International orders to arrive.
Lost Package: If your order does not arrive within the estimated shipping time, please email me at mouyashi.art@gmail.com
Incorrect/Insufficient Address: Please ensure that your address is correct during checkout AND at the time of shipment - it is vital that your address is current at the time of preorder fulfillment (read product descriptions for ETAs of preorder items!) If your order is not yet marked 'shipped' please send me an email with your updated address information ASAP. I will not send replacements or refunds due to an incorrectly entered address. In the event of 'returned to sender' because of insufficient/incorrect address, the customer must pay for shipping once again.
Customs Fees: All international orders can be subject to customs fees set by your country's regulations. Please check your country's policy for additional information. These fees are separate from the shipping fee paid during checkout. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any custom fees that may incur.
Please do not request for your order to be declared as a "gift."
