EU Customers:
I am testing limited shipping to EU. Please understand that you, the customer, are responsible for any custom duties/fees that may incur to receive your package.
PLEASE NOTE! I have an autoimmune disease that sometimes slows down my order fulfillment process. I'm the only ONE person who packages each and every order, I kindly ask for your patience & understanding.
Shipping Info:
This shop is based in California, United States.
Processing time: Orders with in-stock items may take up to 7 business days to ship.
- Please allow up to 3-7 business days for US orders to arrive.
- Please allow up to 2-5 weeks for International orders to arrive.
Lost Package: I cannot afford to offer refunds for packages that are not delivered within the estimated arrival time. The shipping process is completely out of my control, so for any orders outside of the US, I HIGHLY recommend that you select a shipping method that is NOT USPS. Every inquiry is treated on a case-by-case basis, if there are any issues please contact me first.
Incorrect/Insufficient Address: Please ensure that your address is correct during checkout AND at the time of shipment. It is vital that your address is current at the time of preorder fulfillment (product descriptions have ETAs) If your order is not yet marked 'shipped' please send me an email with your updated address information ASAP. I will not send replacements or refunds due to an incorrectly entered address. In the event of 'returned to sender' because of insufficient/incorrect address, the customer must pay for the new shipping label and or any damaged goods.
Customs Fees: All international orders can be subject to customs fees set by your country's regulations. Please check your country's policy for additional information. These fees are separate from the shipping fee paid during checkout. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any custom fees that may incur.
Please do not request for your order to be declared as a "gift."
